We sell a curated selection of houseware products from both well-known and generic brands, as well as hand-painted artwork with Caribbean-inspired designs.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollar).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
How long does delivery take?
US orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. Canadian orders typically arrive within 4–6 weeks (standard) or 3–5 business days (DHL Express). Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package through the carrier’s website.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days of delivery with photos to info@pwthouseware.com. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Do you sell handmade products?
Yes, we carry hand-painted artwork and Caribbean-inspired home goods that are crafted with care.
