REFUND POLICY

At PWT LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Original Paintings – Final Sale All original hand-painted artworks are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Reseller Disclosure PWT LLC sources and sells products through verified suppliers. We do not manufacture the products sold on pwthouseware.com. All fulfillment is handled in accordance with our supplier agreements.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@pwthouseware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@pwthouseware.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Original paintings and hand-painted artwork
  • Final sale items
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
