REFUND POLICY
At PWT Houseware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@pwthouseware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
How to Initiate a Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, email us at info@pwthouseware.com with your order number and we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To arrange an exchange, email info@pwthouseware.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
