Welcome to PWT LLC. By accessing or using our website at pwthouseware.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. pwthouseware.com is owned and operated by PWT LLC.

1. Eligibility You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to use this site. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Pricing All products are subject to availability. PWT LLC sources and sells products through verified suppliers. We do not manufacture the products sold on pwthouseware.com. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and pricing at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible but may be subject to change.

3. Payments All payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shipping Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Original hand-painted artworks ship separately and may require up to 3 weeks for delivery within the United States. International orders may be subject to additional shipping times, customs fees, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. PWT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Processing time is 1-3 Business days.

5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email info@pwthouseware.com immediately if you need to cancel.

6. Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Original paintings and hand-painted artworks are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and original artwork, is the property of PWT LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
