Shipping Policy

All orders from PWT Houseware are handled, processed, and dispatched directly from our network of US-based fulfillment centers to ensure quick domestic delivery.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Domestic (United States) A flat shipping rate of $5.00 applies to all US orders. Free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or OnTrac. Delivery takes 3-7 business days.

We currently ship to the United States only. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. PWT Houseware is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
