PWT LLC is a reseller of a wide range of houseware products from both well-known brands and quality generic manufacturers. We do not manufacture the products we sell. All brand names, trademarks, and product names are the property of their respective owners. Products are sourced and resold in compliance with applicable laws and brand guidelines.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency of your location. USD is the base currency for all transactions. Currency conversion rates may apply depending on your payment method and location.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Domestic (US) delivery takes 3–7 business days. Canada: DHL Express 3–5 business days or Post Office Standard 4–6 weeks. Shipping costs are flat rate fees calculated at checkout based on your location. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@pwthouseware.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer an exchange or refund for verified cases.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email info@pwthouseware.com immediately if you need to cancel.
