Jamaican customers are charged in JMD (Jamaican Dollar). Currency conversion rates may apply depending on your payment method.

How much does shipping cost to Jamaica?

We offer local delivery via Zipmail or manual delivery at a flat rate of JMD $1,000. Free delivery on orders of JMD $16,000 or more.

How long does delivery take?

Jamaica orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package through the carrier's website.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days with photos to info@pwthouseware.com. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Do you sell handmade products?

Yes, we carry hand-painted artwork and Jamaican-inspired home goods crafted with care.
